I have not yet received my group certificate from my employer that was meant to be due last July, therefore I can't submit my tax return.
I have also recently just realised they have not been paying my super in the 3 years I have been working there.
I have moved within the last couple of month and they are no longer replying to my calls or messages and have been ignoring me for over 6 months.
Please help.
There are no group certs any more.
Your employer is required to lodge STP report to ATO every pay period,
and State law probably requires employer to issue pay slips.
mygov should have your 2023 payroll details for your tax return - if not, then you should complain to ATO
