I am running a storage business under a company structure. The business provides storage space for people needing space to store things that they may not need immediately, but may need in future. The storage space that I got is a basement. The basement wall have started leaking subterranean water. For me to provide effective and seamless service to my customers, I am going to need to fix this water ingress into the storage facility in the event of rain. Is the cost incurred in fixing this, tax deductible against the company's income?

Yes - as long as it was not an issue that existed when the property was purchased.
