I currently work in residential care for a NFP organisation that has a salary packaging cap of $15,900. So I currently am exempt from paying tax on my first $33,900 including the tax free threshold.
My question being- if I was to get the same job but with another company that also has a salary packaging limit of $15,900, can I combine these and salary package both to make it $49,800 that I don’t pay tax on including the tax free threshold. Or is this not how it works?
