I am a BAS Agent. I have a new company client. One of the Directors is trying to nominate me as their BAS Agent but has found he cannot do that without a Strong MyGov Identity. To get a Strong Identity apparently he requires to input his passport details but doesnt have a passport. He has been advised to ring a number but cannot get through. Is there a way to do this with a Standard Identity?

As your client isn't able to get a strong MyGovID they'll need our help to link their business through RAM .
If they get in touch with our business area to set up authorisation, they'll then be able to lodge the Agent nomination through their online services.
