I have tried to send a third party authority so that I can ask questions on behalf of my client regarding bankruptcy 13 years ago, which was triggered by ATO debt. The client isn't able to contact due to health. AFSA will charge a fee for a search, and client unable to pay for this. I have used the general line [removed by moderator] however it either drops out and is busy. Any contact numbers / email addresses would be appreciated.
