It seems as though the biggest issue is a change of email address. I originally had an iinet email address (for 25 years) however, when iinet started conducting their business and email service overseas I changed to a more secure site-proton. I did change mygov email to the proton email, but it seems it or mygovid still have details of the iinet email. the problem (obviously) is that if they send a code to the iinet email (which is cancelled) I am not going to get it and hence the around we go again.
Surely there must be a simple method to fix this?
