I haven't changed any login details or devices and encountered the error message A927.12 when trying to login via MyGovID to my online business services account.

That's a bit strange.
Have you changed any of your personal details on your ATO record at any stage. e.g., name, DOB, address? That error means that your details in your myGovID don't match with your ATO record.
You may need to confirm that all details match across both systems and if they do then you may need to get further help from the myGovID area.
