Hi, Recently I received a statement letter to support I am not being entitled to Medicare benefits for the period of 01/07/2021 - 06/03/2022, so I shouldn't pay for the Medicare levy and surcharge during the time.


The "ATO initiated" asked me to pay for it before last November and I had to pay it. Now I finally have the letter to verify I shouldn't, so I would like to get the pay back. Can I object the "ATO initiated"? How?
