I have entered the correct details of my Superannuation account details but it is showing "does not match what is held on ATO records (GFAD03)" , and, Bank account details but it is showing "does not match what is held on ATO records (APS104)"

It can happen sometimes with bank account details.
If you use a tax agent, they will often have their bank details listed on your account or if you've never lodged a tax return before then we won't have bank details listed. Super details can also be tricky you need to have your member number and the superfund ABN. These can be found on a letter they've issued you or a membership card.
If you're unable to link yourself then you may need to request a linking code from us.
