Can you claim tax deductions for residential apartment purchased for 100% business use?

Would the same tax deductions apply, as if a sole trader was purchasing an apartment for investment purposes, to rent out? eg. could we claim the interest, body corp fees, rates etc as tax deductions? Yes - less a reduction if there was any private use.
