When I login into the MyGov app and connect to the ATO the information provided is different to the information on the ATO App. They don’t seem to sync. Does anyone else find this issue and which one is more reliable?

That's a bit strange.
If you're accessing the ATO within both apps your information should be showing the same.
What info's showing differently? Or have you recently updated some information that hasn't flowed through quite yet?
