Hi,
I'm trying to discuss and gain an understanding of a notice of assessment. I've called the ATO individual line 10 times, they're either closed because it's the weekend, public holiday or after 5pm. I've called several times during business hours and provided all the details requests by the robot, then it just tells me they're busy and can't take my call.
How do I get in contact with the ATO to talk about this notice of assessment?
