I was just wondering how I do complete an early optional payment on a HELP debt incurred this year that isn't showing up in my tax record yet? I wanted to pay towards it before the end of financial year. Can I pay ahead of the invoice appearing?

Is your HELP loan account displaying at all or is this your first time with a HECS debt? You can't make a voluntary repayment to your HECS debt before your HELP loan account is available.
We usually display this info in your account 15 days after census date - if it's been longer than that you'll need to follow up with your education provider as they're the ones who send us the info.
