what should I use as the tax code for GST on residential property expenses ?
I know for a fact that rent income is input taxed?
How about the GST included in management fee & other related expenses?
Is that also Input taxed code or BAS excluded?

Yes, you're correct the rent is input taxed. But you can't claim GST credits for management fees or related expenses.
