When you logged in, were you getting a particular error message? Your employment history may not be there. It'll depending on when you submitted a TFN declaration as they only show after a certain date. Here's info on using the ATO online services (https://www.ato.gov.au/online-services/online-services-for-individuals-and-sole-traders/ato-online-services-and-mygov/using-ato-online-services) this may help.
