Hi Guys about 3 months ago I left my job and drew done all my super. My previous employer has asked me to come back to work part time due to staff shortages. Am i able to go back to my previous employer given i withdrew all my super and aged over 60 ?

Yes, you can return to work after retiring and withdrawing your super. Your superfund at the time must have been satisfied that you were retiring and met the requirements to access your super. We all understand that sometimes circumstances do change.
