I live in NZ and cannot resolve Tax return issue on line & cannot connect with myGov as I have a NZ mobile number

If you are unable to do your tax return electronically, you can lodge your return via paper or contact a tax agent.

It was lodged by our Australian Accountant but his tax assessment was challenged by ATO. He pointed out that the ATO assessment was based on us being Australian residents, but instead we were NZ residents - this has not been resolved despite numerous attempts by ourselves & our Tax Agent over the last 18 months - so we have no final statement from ATO to pay our tax owed. We want this resolved urgently.

When we initiated the amended tax return, we would have issued out a new NOA. This would have showed the amendments we made and if there was anything to be paid or refunded.
Do you have access to online services (myGov)? If you have your myGov account linked to us, we would have issued the new NOA to your myGov inbox.
If you don't have access your tax agent would also be able to tell you the amount owed and how to pay it. Otherwise, you'll need to speak with our individual's area.
