The initial screen of the 'Tax agent portal' suddenly appears with a messy layout this afternoon, and the screen seems broken. It seems to be an issue with the internet browser. I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists. I've cleared all browsing data, cache, and history, but it hasn't been resolved.

Yes we are also having this problem on all our machines. Have cleared cache, tried both google chrome and MS edge.
There was a chrome update yesterday that may have broken stuff but that doesn't explain firefox not working as it's not based on chrome.
Clearing cache and cookies on chrome did NOT work for me. Frustrating.
I also did a clean install of firefox and no improvement. There's a 20 min wait on the phone for FKC 33 so I assume they're aware of the problem now, I just wish they'd actually use the OSFA status page to keep us all in the loop, especially on a payment deadline day!
Ok spoke to the ATO, they are aware of the problem, have no fix or idea when it will be solved. They are also aware that the OSFA status page is not being updated and have no idea why, so basically they haven't got a clue what the problem is or how they're going to fix it! Your tax $$$ at work!
We are having the same issue here. I followed the recommended steps from the "Technical Errors" (link below), and it is still not loading the correct display. Let's hope that someone fixes it and shares the solution here.
If you're using chrome, try clear all time cookies and cache, it worked for me.
