Income Statement and Empoyee details not showing in mygov?

When I log into mygov, and then into linked ATO, I am unable to access my income statements. There is just no button available which is strange because screenshots of instructions I have been sent by my employer it is there. There are also no details of my previous employer showing (in the history tab). My employer has confirmed that they submitted my income statement to the ATO through the Single Touch system, but this is not showing up. Please help me find a solution to this. Thanks
