I am not working, but get a small IP payment from my super. They require me to maintain ongoing Medicare Dr’s appointments (which have a Gap and travel cost).

Any expenses directly related to earning assessable income are deductible off that income. Any medical fees and travel directly attributable to you having to prove your continued eligibility to that income would be a deductible expense.
