I have two houses on one title. One house is my primary residence the other has never been occupied or rented. Will I pay CGT if I sell them both?

Well, for CGT purposes the asset you are selling is the land (one title) with 2 dwellings attached.
I am assuming you are unable to sell them separately (unless you subdivide).
So CGT exempt (as long as the property is less than 2ha)
