I have tried to access my secure mail multiple times with multiple browsers but can't access my secure mail. I need to urgently acces it to retrieve my certificate of residence. An y help please?

Let's try some basic troubleshooting then. First thing to do is make sure you aren't accessing the portal via a saved link. Try accessing using a different browser. If this doesn't work, try clearing the cache and cookies.

Are you using online services for business? It's possible you may not have the right access.
What's your business structure?
For the time being if you're trying to apply you can send your completed certificate of residency form to us via mail so we can get it out to you ASAP!
same problem, secure mail just spins in my bus portal. have check my Ram permissions all ticked, same problem in Mygov, click on secure mail and just keeps spinning. have been trying for a month now with chat and ringing to get no help. all started over a month ago with a residency certificate application and received an email from Taxofficeportalmessagenotify with instructions to log in to portal
