Im a manager and do not get breaks as a result my employer pays me an extra $65.50 in my pay.

They also use this $65.50 i get as a way to pay Pre-tax deductions. im withheld $1700 from YTD on the Pre-tax deductions. Can i claim this on my tax return?

If pre-tax, then you cannot claim on tax return.


You need to find out what is actually happening.
