I was scammed a few months ago and lost all my money. So it is essential for me to receive my pension early. I have lived in Australia for 20 years and have never committed a crime. I want to continue living in Australia, but I can't find a way to receive my pension early. So, I am planning to apply for financial hardship or DASP. I would like to know what methods are available and how to apply. If I earn money, I want to apply for an Australian visa again.

You can’t apply for DASP while in Australia and with an active visa.

accessing super is really strict https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals-and-families/super-for-individuals-and-families/super/withdrawing-and-using-your-super/early-access-to-super

you may have better luck going to Services Australia to see if they have any payments you qualify for
