self explanatory title


I finished my contract as I found it a bit dodgy not being paid for the last 10 months. I emailed manager and business accountant, their replies were 'the superannuation that is owing to you is with the ATO' and 'it is a waiting game with the ATO'. However, I reported my super wasn't paid on the ATO website and got a Receipt ID (13 digits). Haven't received any call or sms/email whatsoever.


What should I do? Where can I see how my process is going?

These things can take some time to sort out. Have your checked your communication history in ATO Online?


Otherwise reaching out to our Super area might be the best next step.
