Can someone sell there Non GST registered Air bnb business as a going concern? I would have thought that GST just wouldn't be applicable to the sale.

Hi @ SEC,
If the seller is not registered for GST, the sale of a going concern wouldn’t be applicable.
For a business to be sold as a going concern both parties need to register for GST and certain conditions met.
