Hello,
I understand your concern about the missing unclaimed superannuation. Let’s address this step by step:
Check Your Super Online:
Log in to your myGov account.
Select Australian Taxation Office.
Navigate to the Super section.
Explore the Information and manage options.
Here, you can check your super balances, find lost super, compare super products, choose a new super fund, and transfer your super.
Search for Lost Super:
If you’ve lost track of your super, use your myGov account to search for lost super.
If you find unclaimed super listed, you can claim it directly through MyGov.
Make sure to update your contact details in myGov if needed, so the ATO can match it to you.
Contact Previous Super Funds:
If your unclaimed super isn’t listed in your ATO online services, contact your previous super funds.[removed by moderator]
They might have transferred your money to the ATO.
Ensure the ATO has your correct contact details.
Remember, you can also use the ATO app for some of these tasks. I recommend starting with the myGov account to check your super status and find any unclaimed amounts.

Yes I did all of that and saw that the ATO held money as unclaimed superannuation. It was visible under the Superannuation tab. However the minute I turned 65 and was eligible to claim it through MY GOV, it had disappeared. It's no longer there. It says I have no super accounts and a $0 super balance.
I want to know where that money went and how I can access it.
Thank you

Hey @Hen
Rest assured, even though you may not see it, it wouldn't have just disappeared 😊
Did you have any open Super accounts, if so, it may have been transferred there.
