Hi,

I moved out of my owner occupier in 2022, to rent it out and since then I refinanced the investment property 3 x times: one in May 2022 and one in July 2023 and a third in June 2024.

Loan around $400,000. I didnt need a lawyer, did not pay stamp duty or LMI.

But I paid each time around $750 - $1,000 for the following:

Loan Discharge Fee

Application fee

Valuation fee

PEXA Transaction Fee

Registration Fee

Law Stationers Fee

Settlement Processing Fee

I know borrowing expenses more than $100 must be apportioned over 5 years. But I am not sure how to claim that being 3 refinancing with two of them in this FY? Any guidance is very appreciated.
