I have a new client who was eligible to receive the Cash Flow Boost, but did not receive it because he lodged an incorrect BAS. He lodged his January to March 2000 BAS on the18/4/2020 through Business Portal, so not late. However he left off W1 & W2 amounts. A BAS Revision was lodged on 3/6/2020 to show correctly, amounts at W1 & W2. He lodged his March to June 2000 BAS on 15/10/2021 with amounts at W1 & W2. He Lodged his June to September BAS also on the 15/10/2021 showing correctly, $0 at W1 & W2. How can my client apply to receive the Cash Flow Boost today? I am at a loss because the ATO website says call 13 18 66 and select Option 7. Option 7 no longer exists.

Hi @PeterMM

So long as this client meets all eligibility requirements, we'll be able to get them the cash flow boost. There are time limits for us to pay out these amounts. We can't pay any cash flow boost after June 30 2026. So, we still have time.

We'll need to assess eligibility and escalate for remediation action.

You can send us an online services secure mail with the topic Covid-19 and subject cash flow boost. This'll allow you to provide more client specific and private information.

Otherwise, someone from our business enquiries team will need to assist. Option 1 will be the best choice.
