What can I do to recover unpaid salary if my company liquidated without any money and I was on a temporary visa, making me ineligible to use the FEG?

There are a few things i can recommend, firstly contact the liquidator for the company and make a claim for wages and super. ASIC can probably help you track down the liquidator. For other options get in contact with the Fair Work Ombudsman.

Hi cn7cr5, Unfortunately the ATO can not help you with any queries regarding how to recover unpaid salary. Fair Work Australia may be able to assist you.
