Hi, I paid my HELP loan off in 2021, since then my balance has been showing as 0.00 , I logged on to check my income statement and now the account is showing in credit for $19,500 roughly.
I don’t know why, or how to get in contact with someone to find out. Is this my money? Or just an error?

Look up the page titled Notice of VET FEE-HELP Debt Removal on the DEWR website. dewr.gov.au
They have listed a number of course providers whose students have had their fees removed.
Have a look and see if your educational institution is listed.
