I was instructed to have a Sleep Study but my employer. When diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea I was then instructed to use a CPAP machine to maintain my employment. Can I claim the purchase of my CPAP machine on Tax.

No that is a private expense and not tax deductible.

For an expense to be tax deductible there needs to be a direct relationship between the expense and your employment activities. Any expenses to do with medical conditions are always a private expense.
