I want to fill in a non lodgement advice. When I go to My ATO linked page through My Gov, under Tax/Non lodgement I do not see any option of filling the advice. This is the first time I am fillinf this. There are no previous Income tax returns as well and I dont need to lodge a Tax return so want to fill in a Non'Lodgemnet Advice

Have you worked at all, anytime from 01/07/2023 - 30/06/2024?
Do you have a bank account which earns a lot of interest and has tax withheld amounts?
Do you have any shares/rental or other income from that time?
If it does not show as an option to do a non-lodgement, that could mean some form of income has been reported to us.

If you can’t select non lodgement for the tax return, it could be because tax was withheld.
You may have earnt more than the tax-free threshold.
Also, if you have an active ABN then you would need to lodge a tax return.
