This year I received an early termination payment. This meant that I earnt $269k. My employer made $18,781 in super contributions and I salary sacrificed $2,000. I also made non concessional superannuation contributions of $12,000.

My question is can I do notice of intent for the diffence roughly $6,800. I presume this will be subject to the 15% tax on way in and an additional 15% Div 293 tax. However this would reduce my tax with a marginal tax rate of 45% so I would be 15% better off?
