Hi

Following an urgent "Maintenance work" request was raised by the property manager, I had to fix shower breech leakages from bathrooms that was damaging the wall.

I was wondering whether the plumbing repair invoice falls under capital work or rental expense category?

Invoice description for your reference: Strip tiling in showers, and supply and install shower breech, arrange re water proof and retile.
