I seek advice on how I can ask for an early compassionate release of my superannuation.
I am an AU passport holder, Non AU Tax resident, Philippines Permanant Resident, 58yo, Married. Employed in PH. No AU links, property, investments etc.
Medical issues - ITP / Diabetic. Medical expenses are depleting funds.

First have a look at our eligibility to apply for compassionate release. There're more eligibility requirements for our medical treatment category. And if you want to apply you can do this on your ATO Online account or by paper.
