The phone lines are so busy, and it's been hectic since lodgements opened.
Honestly, the best time to try and get through is early when we open at 8am (Mon-Fri). There might still be some hold time involved, but most people find success in getting through at that time.
Also, could you tell us roughly what you're needing? We have different departments and phone numbers depending on what you're calling about, so we might be able to advise which line to try?
