I had tried to call ato many times to get the linking code for my son but I couldn't get through it. No ATO staff answered the phone. My son is a student and he worked some casual work in December 2023 and he is new to the ATO. He never lodge tax return so he doesn't have any information for the 2 questions.
Are there other ways that i can contact ATO (emails or postal address?)

The only way to get a linking code is over the phone.
During this busy time, there is another way to link using myGovID. Or different ways to lodge that could give us enough info for your son to answer the two linking questions.
