This does sound tricky. If they don't want to fill out the statement by supplier form, they can write a statement saying why it's not necessary to withhold and their reasons why. At a minimum they should provide an address. This can be the address they've got as their registered address.


We don't ask you the send the info to us you'll just keep it on file.
