I cant believe how this matter of my director penalty notice has been handled by the ATO. I had already proved that I am not the director of the group or company yet my personal income tax refund was transferred to that fraud company. I am disgusted by this service and how long this would take to get resolved. You guys dont work together between departments? I was looking forward for that minuscule amount of refund but my own money was transferred to a company who’s boss has abused and harassed me over the years. I am so disappointed how this has turned out. It takes you seconds to take my money away from me, yet it takes you a million years to remove this director penalty notice on my name and ato portal and have the audacity to take what was for me. I dont have anything to do with that company who exploited me. What else needed to be done for you people to look into my Asic paper. Asic themselves said that I was and i am not a director of that godforsaken company
