Hi, I am a complete noob so help me out. I am exchanging some money but my friend wants me to send it via the app called Wise. My only concern is if the money I transfer on such apps has any negative effect on my tax record and returns?

The act of transferring the funds does not in itself create a tax issue.
How you got the funds you are transferring may be an issue.
