I am trying to connect ELMO PayRTA in Access Manager and am not having any luck with the ATO call centre or the ELMO Help centre. Does anyone else use ELMO and did they have to go into Access Manager and set up ABN and Software ID?


ELMO Help Centre have said: "We are using SSP (Sending Service Provider) Message Exchange therefore there is no unique software ID, SSID."

 As we are using SSP (Sending Service Provider) Message Exchange therefore there is no unique software ID, SSID or ABN linked to Payroll Metrics software.

I have asked ELMO with more information but they are quite slow at responding to my concerns.


ATO said they are too busy and unable to take calls at the moment. Then the line hung up.

Hi @lh16,


You'll need to confirm the ABN and your SSID with software provider ELMO.


These are required to notify of STP provider.


As without the SSID and the correct ABN of the software provider, any pay events filed would be rejected.
