I am a WHM (462) and my income in financial year from 2023 - 2024 less than $10.000.
According to my ATO account, it shows that my tax is $1.300.
I submitted / lodge tax return last time and I received refund around $690, after that, my friend told me that I should receive full of my tax (no tax) according to my income in one year.
Can I amend my lodgement and how to do ?

The tax rate for a WHM is 15 cents in the dollar for every dollar earned. There is no tax-free threshold. Link explains
