Are you sure they paid for these? Or did the agent pay for them out of your rental income?

If it is the latter, then it is your deductible expense. Rental income is gross income received by the Agent, not income after expenses they have paid.

The statement the agent provides you details the gross income received and the expenses they paid for out of your rental income.
