We've got a 28-day service standard on processing these applications. Then they have to be mailed out to you, which extends the time it takes you to get it. 📆
It hasn't been 28 business days yet, so don't worry. But if you would like to find out sooner if it's been processed, you'll need to speak with our individual enquiries line.
We recommend trying very first thing when we open or late arvo/early evening for a decent chance of getting through. ⏲
