We are an Australian company registered for GST. There is an order for an Australian customer and the goods will be shipped directly from our overseas supplier to the customer's overseas office. Can we have your advice please if GST is chargeable in this case. Thanks.

Kind regards.

Hi @axn_ws07,

Yes, GST should be charged on this taxable sale.

Even though the supply is from an overseas address to the customer's overseas address. The sale is from an Australian company. This Australian company has established a connection here.
