I work full time, but sometimes I work more than 7.5 hours a day, sometimes a bit less. Should I use 7.5 hours a day when doing the fixed rate method for WFH deductions or the actual hours?

Must be actual hours - from the records that you are required to keep.

Does tax agent calculate actual WFH hours if I provide all timesheets? Or is there a quick and easy way to do this? It would take forever to calculate WFH hours for the last FY...
