I have "resumed" my online tax return and it always returns to the Capital gains or losses section. How can I review the whole of my return that I have completed so far. I cannot access the 3 circles "Personalize" etc nor the "online chat". MR

You need to finish in that section first. Did you start something in the capital gains section?
You'll need to either finish it to save and continue. Or you need to cancel out of that section. Either one will take you back to the main 'Prepare' part of the tax return.
