I have a client that only received managed fund distributions with franking credits attached. No dividends were received. Can I still use the refund of franking credits form? This client meets all other requirements to use this form.

Hello @rileyacc,

It seems so. 😊

As shown on our public website you could use the franking credit form if you received dividend income of $18,200 or less.

Another criterion is that they were entitled to distributions from investments in a managed fund.

If the managed fund chose to reinvest the dividends, they're still entitled to claim the franking credit. 💸

As long as all other criteria were met, then it should be fine. 👌
