Hey , Ghat is a while, you've done the right thing to get in touch over the phone to check the progress. As we can't access personal records through this platform, I can only give you general advice. When we're balancing your account, that generally means that we have finished processing your return but are checking your return with other government agencies. This usually happens within a few days though.
